The Australian team continues to dominate the ICC's latest Test rankings. In the batting rankings, where Steve Smith is at number one, Pat Cummins has strengthened the first position among bowlers. In the batting rankings, Indian captain Virat Kohli remains at number two, while England fast bowler Jofra Archer has made a tremendous jump in the bowling rankings.
On Monday, the ICC released its latest Test rankings. Steve Smith, who performed brilliantly in the Ashes series, has retained his place at number one. He is currently 34 points ahead of Indian captain Virat Kohli. Smith, who is in the first place, has 937 points while Kohli is in second place with 904 points.

At number three is New Zealand captain Kane Williamson (878) while number four is held by Indian middle-order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara (825). In fifth place is New Zealand batsman Henry Nicholls (749).
In the bowling rankings, Australia's Pat Cummins remains in the first place while Kagiso Rabada of South Africa holds the second number. Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah occupies the third place. West Indies' Jason Holder is fourth while South Africa's Vernon Philander is fourth.
England fast bowler Joffra Archer, who started his Test career in the Ashes series, has made it to the list of top 40 bowlers. Archer has gained 5 places and has reached number 37. Archer took six wickets in the first innings of the last Test match.
